Photo Submission Terms & Conditions

By participating in the "Score One for Yourself" Sweepstakes all Entrants grant the NCAA, and its affiliates, the right to use and publish in any manner the NCAA deems appropriate including, but without limitation, to the World Wide Web, at the NCAA’s discretion, the participant’s name, photographs and any language contained therein, for public viewing without additional consideration or compensation. All photographs included with an Entrant’s Submission will become the property of the NCAA.

Entrants further release the NCAA, and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating the Entrant’s Submission.

Entrants agree that all photographs provided with a Submission become the property of the NCAA and will not be returned to the entrant.

Entrants are solely responsible for any costs incurred for creating and submitting an entry.

Entrants warrant that they own the sole copyright of any photograph provided with a Submission and have written permission to show any persons pictured in the photograph.

Entrant understands that not all Submissions will necessarily be published and are subject to review and approvals by the NCAA.
